Notes for realtors and brokerages
- Compliance. The one-off is below most boards' gift-value threshold. The subscriptions are marketing-services line items — closing- portfolio programs, not per-client gifts. Fully deductible as marketing.
- Atlanta-first. The three subscription tiers run on local pickup — you swing by our Inman Park workshop weekly, pick up the week's pieces, hand-deliver to your clients. Out-of-state closings route to the Digital tier. National expansion is on the roadmap.
- The annual visit is the product. Every year on the closing anniversary you arrive in person with something new. Same realtor, same house, every year. That's how ten-year referral relationships are built.
